Spooky Empire headquarters are located in South Florida, Cooper City to be exact (Just 10 minutes west of Fort Lauderdale). Not all positions will need to be filled in the South Florida area. Depending on the situation, we do have staff in the Orlando area as well. Keep in mind, if you are in the South Florida area, you will be required to travel back and forth to Orlando.


We are looking for a manager to handle all Spooky Empire merchandise, inventory, updating our store, ordering and of course managing our booth at all Spooky Empire events.

This position is Part Time but can turn into a Full Time position over time.

Requirements/skills we're looking for:

  • Some retail and/or management experience
  • Customer Service Skills and Fun Personality a Must!
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Basic Computer Skills - Microsoft Office, Email, Social Media
  • Advanced Computer Skills (not required but VERY helpful) - Quickbooks, online store system, eBay, Graphic Design (PhotoShop, Illustrator, etc)


As Spooky Empire grows, so are our graphic design needs. We need some new creative blood here!

This position is Part Time, but can turn into a Full Time Position over time.

This position is responsible for assisting in regular graphic design, website and social media needs. Including but not limited to:

  • Website Graphics (almost daily updates)
  • Social Media Graphics (almost daily)
  • Digital Banners
  • Print ads
  • Signage and banners
  • Merchandise Design
  • Color Program and Schedule Design
  • Outdoor/Billboards
  • Flyers and Posters

Computer Skills - PhotoShop, Illustrator, Basic Web Design (more would be great), Social Media

OFFICE ASSISTANT (South Florida Area Only)

We are looking for a Part Time office assistant at our HOME OFFICE in South Florida.

Responsibilities include:
Keeping up with multiple email boxes
Light social media
Answering phone and checking voice mail, returning calls
Keeping us organized!

Computer Skills - Google Docs, Word, Excel, Email, social media, Quickbooks is a bonus
