Want your band to perform at Spooky Empire’s Ultimate Horror Weekend? Be sure to submit your press kit or email us a link to your website. We will review your submissions, and contact you as it gets closer to the show. We will do our best to contact you as soon as we can, just keep in mind we receive hundreds of submissions every year! There are a limited amount of spots available, so the earlier you send in your submission the better. These spots are generally between the hours of 7pm and midnight. A 7pm slot is just as good as a Midnight spot and a Friday nightspot is just as packed as a Saturday night spot. Unless there is a critical conflict and arrangements are made at the time of booking, the time of your performance will be determined by Spooky Empire.

As a rule, bands do not receive a fee/guarantee to perform, but the benefits of performing at the show are as follows:

• Each band will receive a merchandise table in the main lobby of the convention, the most walked area of the convention. The merchandise table gives each band the opportunity to sell their band related merchandise throughout the duration of Spooky Empire’s Ultimate Horror Weekend, which runs practically 24/7 over the 3 day weekend. Historically, this has been a very lucrative revenue source for participating acts.
• Each performing member of your band will receive 1 weekend pass plus 2 additional passes for crew. For example, if you have a four piece band you are eligible to receive 6 weekend passes. Band members consist of legitimate musicians necessary to the performance. We are sorry, but members such as stage dancers do not qualify for a free pass.
• Exposure! Your band will be seen/heard by the thousands of attendees at Spooky Empire’s Ultimate Horror Weekend.
